Retail Therapy - Retail Check-Up

Starting soon.  Finding the best sales, discounts, fashion updates, is what I will be focusing on to share with my readers.  At this time, I am in the process of gathering which retail stores I will be promoting.

What would you like to see here?  Wet Seals, Forever 21, Macy's, JC Penneys, Kohls?  How about Chico's, Vera Bradley, Publix, Winn Dixie, or Yankee Candle?  Name it and I will check it out and decide which ones you want to hear most about.

Life is expensive, I want to save you money.  Look for your RETAIL CHECK-Up for your weekend shopping spree.  So, check back often, and always share and follow.

Massage in the work place

Make today your Massage Day! Summer Special - ask for details 941-286-3201 MA37715
Research shows that having a benefit (like massage treatments, in the work place), helps the place of business succeed better.  Employees take less days off, for being sick, because they are healthier.  They are making better health choices. The place of business, has a happier atmosphere.  The production of work, is improved substantially.  There is less turn around of employees.  So, less training time, and less cost in salary pay.

The two best ways to incorporate massage in the work place is....

1.  Offer a 15 minute treatment (chair massage) as an additional work benefit.
A minimum of 3/4 hours set for day. Company paid benefit.  Hourly rate.
2.  Offer 15 to 30 minute treatments.  Employee pays - comes out of their paycheck.
A minimum of 3/4 hours schedule set. (depends on how many employees)

Employers need to focus more on their employees, and this will be one extra thing that will help their business to be more successful.

Contact me for questions or to get your company set on the right road of success.

What is an essential oil?

Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. They can be both beautifully and powerfully fragrant. If you have ever enjoyed the gift of a rose, a walk by a field of lavender, or the smell of fresh cut mint, you have experienced the aromatic qualities of essential oils. In addition to giving plants their distinctive smells, essential oils provide plants with protection against predators and disease and play a role in plant pollination.
Essential oils are non water-based phytochemicals made up of volatile organic compounds. Although they are fat soluble, they do not include fatty lipids or acids found in vegetable and animal oils. Essential oils are very clean, almost crisp, to the touch and are immediately absorbed by the skin. Pure, unadulterated essential oils are translucent and range in color from crystal clear to deep blue.
Try this at home: Squeeze the peel of a ripe orange. The fragrant residue on your hand is full of essential oils.
In addition to their intrinsic benefits to plants and being beautifully fragrant to people, essential oils have been used throughout history in many cultures for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits. Modern scientific study and trends towards more holistic approaches to wellness are driving a revival and new discovery of essential oil health applications.
dōTERRA (CPTG) Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® essential oils represent the safest, purest, and most beneficial essential oils available today. They are gently and skillfully distilled from plants that have been patiently harvested at the perfect moment by experienced growers from around the world for ideal extract composition and efficacy. Experienced essential oil users will immediately recognize dōTERRA's superior quality standard for naturally safe, purely effective therapeutic-grade essential oils.

Memorial Day Moments

This day makes me smile.  It is a reminder to me of all the men and women who have stood tall and fought for our country.  This day makes my heart hurt.  It is a reminder to me of all the women and men who lost their lives, for us and our freedom.
They went out there and didn't know if they were coming back.  They took care of each other. For our freedom.  This day, is only a reminder, of how the men and women have stood up for our country.

We actually need to remind ourselves daily.  That they are STILL out there.  Still fighting for us.  Not only in other countries.  But, right here in America, in our backyard.

Lets pray daily for their safety, strength, and wisdom.  That they hold on to the Love of Jesus, in everything that they are doing. God has a plan for each of them.  We have to have Faith, and believe HE knows what HE is doing.

Do you have a busy life? Who doesn't.

Do you have a busy life? Who doesn't.  It's how we handle our days, will either make us or brake us.  Is it time for a vacation or staycation? No money, no TIME??  How about a Momentcation?  Don't wait until you are burned out.  Pull away from every connection you have to the world. Cell phones, computers, TV.... everything.  For your daily Momentcation. Find the time to prepare your day, life, moments.  Finding the quiet and solitude moments each day, is an essential and important for you to move forward.

Even Jesus knew the limitations of his human body and proactively took care of it.  Remember, while Jesus was on earth, he was both human and God.  He had to take care of the part that was human, so HE could still take care of us.

So, take care of yourself, then you will be able to take care of others, live a healthier and happier life.

Take your Momentcation everyday!!

Sunday Start

Hope you are starting your day, on a positive note!!  Just think, you woke up, it means God isn't done with your life here on earth yet.  So, get up, smile, say something positive. (this helps, when you feel like poop)... and one step forward... make a difference in someone's life.  It will put a smile on your face too.  Happy Sunday!!
These are my kids and I!!
I am very proud of them and how they are living their lives.
They put God first.  That helps to direct the rest of their steps for the day.
